- Applicant must have minimum 1 year hands-on experience of Microsoft Technologies for web based application



- Applicant should have strong hold over programming using C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, etc

- Applicant should be well versed in implementing web-based solutions using ASP.NET, MSSQL 2005 / 2008 SERVER, MYSQL SERVER, AJAX, JAVA SCRIPTS, FLASH APPLICATIONS etc

- Applicant should have strong analytical, coding, debugging and testing skills

- Applicant should have strog object-oriented concepts

- Applicant should have good understanding of Web application architecture including implementation

- Applicant should have good inter-personnel and communication skills
