Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
• Having SEO skills and proven experience with On-page and Off-page optimization and link building will be added advantage.
• Willing to work full-time from 9:30am to 6:30pm or 6:00pm to 2:30am (Monday to Friday)
• Desire to work in a Start-up team and grow with the company.
• Compensation is based on experience, ranging from 1.2 to 2.2 lakhs per annum.
• 18 months bond period and 3 years non-compete agreement.
• Initial 2 months you will be working like a contract workers with no paid leaves.
Job Description
• Primary responsibility will be to work with our Search Engine Optimization team.
• Constantly learn and teach new techniques to your teammates and other associates.
• You will also be in constant interaction with our clients and will have to exceed client expectations and performance goals on daily basis.
• Conduct keyword research and selection for SEO optimization.
• Create and maintain project plans to update clients on status of campaigns.
• Proactively make strategic campaign recommendations to clients and Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize link building.
• Compose and test content copy to produce optimal page rank boost.
• Generate and deliver performance reports to clients on an ongoing basis.
• Manage client budgets to ensure proper allocation in accordance with campaign contract terms and project goals.
